Our Opportunity
Are you a friendly and enthusiastic person seeking a new challenge within a thriving business?
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of administrative, clerical and technical support to the office teams in Manchester. You will be our front line contact who will be responsible for meeting and greeting external and internal clients to the office, providing a warm, professional greeting on their arrival.
About You
Our ideal Business Support Assistant must have:
- At least 5 GCSE’s at C level or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical ability in using MS Office software (Word, Excel and Power-Point) and other appropriate packages
- Great organisational skills
- Administrative/PA experience
- Secretarial qualifications – RSA or equivalent
- The ability to manage your own time and complete multiple tasks to deadlines
