We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team within Vistry Cotswolds, at our office in Cheltenham. You will be gaining valuable practical Business Administration skills, you will study towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship covering areas including but not restricted to: Understanding organisational purpose and Understands the organisation’s internal policies and key business policies relating to sector.

We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.

 

This is a 36-month fixed-term contract.

  • The role involves daily administrative tasks involving the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and internal systems, such as COINS, KEYS & Microsoft Teams for communicating.

  • Show initiative, manage priorities and own time.
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from others.

Desirable …

  • Level 2 in English and Maths,
  • IT literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word and a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and formulas
  • Excellent numeric and literacy skills
  • High level of accuracy and good organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge
  • An interest in Construction would be beneficial to learning

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to various departments.
  • Raise purchase orders when required for office materials.
  • Carry out general administrative duties.
  • Archiving documents per the Vistry process.
  • You will also be expected to assist with meeting refreshments and document preparation before meetings.
