Haven as a Bar Shift Leader!

As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will… 

– Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are
met by the Team.
– Escalate issues to the Bar Team Manager when required & deputising in
their absence
– Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction, and completion of
core departmental training. 
– Deliver a hands-on approach to bar duties and greeting our customer’s. 
– Work with the Team to create a safe an secure working environment.

Pay Rates: 18
to 20 from £9.97, 21+ from £11.44 per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when
leading a shift

Experience and
Qualifications 

You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader within a
Hospitality, Food & Beverage or Retail environment. Or perhaps you are
great at what you do and are looking for that next step into a supervisory role
which is great! All we are looking for is…

– Experience leading, coaching and supervising teams
