The Cambian Group is one of the largest providers of specialist behavioural health services for children in the UK and we are looking for an Administrator/Reception Assistant to join our team.

Bletchley Park is a 38 week specialist school providing quality therapeutic care and education for young people with Autism, challenging behaviour, communication difficulties and complex needs. The children and young people that attend school range between the ages of 7 – 19 years.

As an Administrator/Reception Assistant you will be responsible for helping to provide efficient and accessible administrative support for both the smooth running and effective management of the establishment. By carrying out this role you will make a significant contribution to establishing and maintaining a well organised office as well as build positive relationships and effective communications with our employees, students and partners outside of the school.

Personal specification;

Proven experience as a receptionist, front of office representative or similar role.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Experience of using a range of office IT packages eg Word/Excel/ Powerpoint/Outlook
Good organisational skills.
Excellent customer service.
Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Key duties;

Responsibility for undertaking administrative and organisational processes within the school.
Assisting with the scheduling of meetings.
Ensuring deadlines are met, organising schedules, liaising with external agencies and local authorities on behalf of the Headteacher and other senior staff.
Maintaining the Reception, dealing with enquiries and providing general clerical support.
Maintaining information databases, both manual and computerised.
Taking notes/minutes of meetings.
Attending and participating in regular meetings in school with support staff and in any additional or appropriate service training days.
Undertake any other administrative duties requested by the Headteacher.

Hours;

This role consists of 37.5 hours per week.
